Analysis of Household Demographic Profile and its Implication on Food Market



Abstract

Food demand as an effect of different consumer behaviour depends on a lot of factors associated with both food purchaser and external conditions. The most important factors which influence the amount, quality and structure of food demand are demographic features of households. In this paper are showed the most important features of demographic profile of city households and their implications for food market.
