ISPP Resilience Bursary Fund

The view, mountains on the horizon, covered with forest. Below, a meadow with a road with a wooden fence. In the foreground on the left a tree. In the lower right a Ukrainian flag.
Conflicts around the world can displace plant pathologists, disrupting vital research, and creating humanitarian hardship.
The International Society for Plant Pathology has established a Resilience Bursary to provide emergency/refugee support for plant pathologists in need.
The current focus is displaced plant pathologists from Ukraine, and ISPP is liaising with the Polish Phytopathological Society,  as well as Ukrainian colleagues, and other societies, to help them.
Please consider donating to help broaden and extend support. A link to the ISPP Resilience Bursary Fund is below. Funds can also be sent by check or bank wire by first contacting us at resilience@isppweb.org. Donations are tax deductible in the USA.
Please share this with others who may wish to contribute directly and consider organising a local fund-raiser on or before May 12th, which the United Nations has declared the International Day of Plant Health (IDPH).
Thank you!
Sincerely,

Jan E. Leach
ISPP President
