    GDPR - We would like to kindly ask you to accept the following conditions of the personal data processing and of the contact by electronic means in relation with the Conference:
    In accordance with Article no. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, the University of Life Sciences in Poznań kindly informs that:
    1. The Personal Data Controller is the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, Wojska Polskiego 28 Street, 60-637 Poznań.
    2. The University has appointed a Data Protection Officer- Mr. Tomasz Napierała M.Sc. from Protection of Personal Data and Classified Information Office, Wojska Polskiego 28 Street, 60-637 Poznań, room no. 22.     3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: a performance of the contract which subject matter concerns participation in the 4th International Forum on Agri-Food Logistics which will be held in Poznań, Poland, from 23 to 25 of June 2020, as well as the previous registration on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 of GDPR.
    4. Providing us with your personal data is an essential condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract, i.e. registration and participation in the Conference,
    5. Your personal data will be made accessible to IT companies which are involved in the Conference on the basis of personal data processing agreements concluded by the University.
    6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organisations.
    7. Your data will be stored for the duration of the Conference and until the final settlement and closure of the Conference, as well as until the expiry of the limitation period for claims that may arise from the performance of the contract referred to in point. 3a).
    8. You are entitled to access and rectification of your data, erasure of the data (unless further processing is necessary to perform a legal obligation or it is necessary to establish, pursue or defend a claim), limitation of the processing of personal data, data portability, raise the objection against processing,
    9. Your personal data shall not be a subject to automatic decision-making including profiling.
    10. You are entitled to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you assume that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the General Regulation.
    At the same time, you agree to providing services by electronic means (for instance e-mails and mobile services) coming from the Organiser in accordance to the provisions of Act on Rendering Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland from 2016, position 1030).
