First National Scientific Conference AGROLOGISTYKA 2012 titled: Agribusiness challenge for logistics, was held on 25-26 September 2012. Conference was organized by the Department of Management and Law at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences of the Poznań University of Life Sciences. The aim of the conference was to initiate discussion and exchange of views and presentation of the results of research conducted in different research centers in the field of logistics agribusiness.
The scope of the conference embraced a wide spectrum of issues of logistics in the food economy, reflecting its tremendous diversity.
The main thematic areas presented at the conference were:
- management of supply chains in agribusiness,
- transport in the agribusiness sector,
- logistics infrastructure in agribusiness,
- legal aspects of logistics in agribusiness,
- challenges and trends in logistics agribusiness
