SUBMISSION PREPARATION CHECKLIST

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  •  The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  •  The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  •  Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

    Journal of Agribusiness and Rural Development publishes scientific articles in English.
    The editors of Journal of Agribusiness and Rural Development quarterly lead the policy of ghostwriting and guest authorship prevention.

General article requirements and technical text preparation

  • The length of articles should not exceed 12 printed pages of the A4 format, including graphics and tables.
  • Text should be typed using Times New Roman 12 pts font and 1.5 interline spacing. Text fragments can be distinguished using italics or bold type. However, letters, words or sentences must not be underlined.
  • Figures, photographs, charts (in grayscale) and tables should be numbered consecutively. The size of a figure must not exceed the B5 format (12.5 × 19.5 cm). Figures and tables can be placed near their reference in the basic text.
  1. Article layout
  • Title of article 
  • Author’s name (first name and surname) (authors)
  • Name of scientific institution (affiliation)
  • Abstract (max. 200 words) – structured abstract is applied. It refers to all consecutive sections of the article, i.e. introduction, research materials and methods used in the article and contains the most significant research findings and conclusions.
  • Key words (max. 6)
  • Main text should contain Introduction, Material and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, References, Tables and figures. * Acknowledgements. If applicable, collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references. List here those individuals and/or organisations that provided help, including financial support, during the research. * Figure captions

Please provide information about the source of financing of the manuscript.
Any issue not covered by the present instruction should be resolved based on the APA system and the scientific style and format.

4. References
When making reference to other authors’ publications, the name and year must be provided in parentheses in chronological order (Kowalski 2005, Nowak 2007) or ... according to Kowalski (2005).

The references must be listed in alphabetical order under the APA standards (http://www.apastyle.org).

Publication fee:  

The fee for publishing a paper in the JARD journal is 400 PLN + VAT 23% (around 118 EUR or 130 USD)

Attention! Publication fee is not included in the conference fee! All payments must be done in PLN without any charges to the beneficiary should be made on the following bank accounts of Poznan University of Life Sciences by bank transfer (any additional fees associated with the bank transfer and exchange into PLN charged to the payer).

 

The deadline of submitting the full paper and publication fee is 15.07.2021.
