CONFERENCE

Established in 2004, the Northern European Network for Wood Science & Engineering currently involves 10 partner countries. Beginning in Honne (N) in 2005, successful annual meetings have subsequently been held in Stockholm (SE), Helsinki (FI), Riga (LV), Copenhagen (DK), Tallin (EST), Oslo (N), Kaunas (LIT), Hannover (DE) & most recently Edinburgh. During this period, the WSE platform has matured into an invaluable forum for researchers in all aspects of wood science and engineering to meet and share knowledge & the organizers now look forward to welcoming you to Poland, Poznan, for an important anniversary event - the 11th Annual Meeting of WSE.

The 11th annual WSE Conference will address the following themes:
• Wood physics and Mechanics
• Engineered wood products and composites
• Wood protection and modification
• Applications of wood based materials
• Wood engineering

A special session theme:
WOOD – the sustainable future

No conference fees will be charged to participants from WSE member countries (participants from other countries – 150 EUR).
