Research interests

  • effects of dietary interventions on body weight loss and weight maintenance as well as
    cardiometabolic parameters in different groups of population,

  • design and implementation in the treatment of nutritionally dependent and non-communicable diseases of functional foods, for the production of which the fruits and vegetable wastes as well as and plant extracts are used
