Research interests

The mineral status at metabolic disorders conditions.

Assessment of the toxicological, biological activity, bioavailability of organic Cr(III) complexes and their interactions with other food ingredients in in vivo studies.

Using various preparations and raw materials to eliminate the anaemia.

The use of health-promoting properties of bioactive food components.
