Programming of Development of Commune with Utilization of Analytic Hierarchic Process
Abstract
The paper is a trial of application of analytical hierarchy process to work out scenarios of development of rural commune of Wielkopolska province. In the proposed method consists in building a hierarchical scheme. The scheme covers the general goal which is ensure best by the multi-functional development in administrative district, specific (basic) goals and within each goal, a package of a activities can be distinguished which were the basis to work out scenarios of the development of commune. It allowed to choose the best scenario for the administrative district.
