Conditioning of the Development of the Real Estate Market as an Important Factor of Local Development
Abstract
It is generally recognized that the real estate market plays an important role in the economy, remains under the influence of its development, but also affects the economy through its participation in the GDP, share of the Stock, creation of new jobs, share of local taxes etc. The aim of this paper is to indicate different conditions of development of the property market as an important factor for economic development.
