Income and Expenditure in the Polish Agricultural Budgets in past Financial Perspective 2007-2013
Abstract
The introduction to the article points out the purpose of discussion, the time period and taken research methods and sources, used by the authors. Then the discussion focuses on the analysis of the structures and dynamics of the national income of the agricultural budget, both at the central level, also with its division into four main sections (agriculture, rural development, agricultural and fisheries markets), as well as the budgets of provincial governors. Subsequently, in the same convention the adopted budget expenditure in financial period 2007-2013 has been analysed. Decreases and increases in real detailed budget titles in an attempt to evaluate these phenomena are taken into considerations. Conclusions were brought, both for requests for changes that have occurred during the period primarily in the direction and dynamics of the expenditure.
