Conditions of Pro-Ecological Common Agricultural Policy Changes with Special Consideration of Involved Stakeholders' Positions

Abstract

The paper contains the characteristics of conditions influencing CAP reform for 2014-2020 in the context of changes connected with the environment protection. The author used official documents connected with UE budget and its agricultural and development policies, as well as the publications containing Non-Governmental Organizations proposals. Basing on descriptive analysis, it was pointed out that in the light of concrete form of legal regulations the policy will involve facilitated instruments of agriculture ecologisation. The reform project was mostly influenced by such factors as positions of interest groups (including EU members states), development and environmental policies. Conditions connected with social preferences and Non-Governmental Organizations proposals were less influential but they were important too.
